Karen Middleton

Karen has been a receptionist with the practice for almost a year now, she is an animal lover who lives in the village with her partner, Paul, and her Border Collie Stan.

As a receptionist, her role includes greeting clients and their lovely pets with a smile when they come into the practice, answering the phones, booking in appointments, dispensing medications, helping clients with any queries they may have and helping to keep the reception area welcoming, clean and tidy at all times.

Karen’s passion is client care, and she loves working in a client facing role, where she strives to ensure that all of our clients and their pets have an excellent experience each and every time they visit the practice.
